Return and Refund Policy
Tanishqmart is one of the leading producers of its fine quality fabrics in pan india, still if you have any issue with the product like its quality, packaging or you have received damaged material then you can freely return that shipment within the time period of 3 days from the date on which shipment get delivered to you. Rs 200 will be charged when you return the product. Once we receive the shipment, we will arrange the mentioned product and will arrange the delivery of the product, but if we are lacking in the mentioned shipment then there is a policy through which you will get your amount back or you can order another product.
NOTE – If a customer changes his/her mind and cancels the order and request for the refund, after the shipment has been processed for the delivery at that time we will issue only 60%-70% amount and the rest will get deducted as delivery fee, maintenance, packaging and many more.
If the shipment is shipped or out for delivery and at that time the customer wants to cancel it then no refund will be processed of the order.
The customer can cancel the order within 1-2 hour after successfully placing the order and at that time the refund amount will be processed and reflected back into the customer account within 1-2 weeks by the deduction of the payment portal fees.
You have to inform our team through mails or calls before returning the product. If a customer returns the shipment without any information then no refund will be processed of the shipment.
We will issue the refund amount only when we receive the shipment at our offices and all the shipping charges will have to be faced by the customer.
The refund amount will process only when it is above 1500 INR, if the payment is below the mentioned amount, in this case the customer will get a loyalty card or some credits through which he/she can use during the next purchase of the product.
No Return or refund will be entertained for any custom designed products including mens shirts, women gowns, sarees and many more.
Tanishqmart will not be responsible for any mishappening during the transit of the shipment.
For any complaint regarding the damage, material quality and stitching of the product, the customer will have to inform us within 24-48 hours after the delivery of the shipment.
